  Although we didn’t actually go into the Starbucks itself, we just wanted to leave an amazing review on a specific employee named Randy. We're working on a personal humanitarian project, and were calling around multiple different chain businesses to get employees’ personal opinion on the matter of trash pollution, more specifically the use of reusable straws. Randy was exceptionally kind and supportive of our project, unlike the other chain employees from other businesses who didn’t care at all. He certainly encouraged us to do more great things with our project, and we can’t thank him enough for his positive and polite attitude. As humanitarians, it’s hard to find people who are as enthusiastic about the project as we are, and just want to highlight his charitable nature. Thank you for your time, and may good things come in your life.

  Angela made the experience 5 stars! Not only was she very knowledgeable but was extremely resourceful. She provided service with such a great attitude!

  Got my order wrong but otherwise very good staff. Extremely busy during all times of the week so expect a long wait time to get your coffee. If you want a quick stop this is not the place.

  I got two coffee drinks today and asked for a large cup of water. After waiting patiently for five minutes I decided to leave. I understand that I had to wait my turn. However, there were other employees that we not serving customers that could have given me a cup of water to go. Not very happy about this experience.
